Shipping & Returns

 We are not going to offer shipping on keets this year. 

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped out on a Monday or a Tuesday via USPS. Shipping rate will be calculated when you checkout. It is a fixed rate for each package. We will cover the difference if it is more.  We ship “Priority Mail Express.” We will notify you a week prior to shipping and again when we ship with your tracking number. “Priority Mail Express” is the fastest mail service offered by the post office. It provides a 1 day or 2 day Priority Mail Express delivery IF the POST OFFICE DELIVERS ON TIME. Note: In most cases, a full postage refund will be paid only if the shipment is not delivered or delivery attempted within 3 days. The customer should expect a 2-3 day delivery standard. This is the USPS policy on live day old birds. If a late delivery occurs, YOU will be responsible to file an insurance claim through USPS for a refund. WE DO OFFER A LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. YOUR PURCHASE IS AGREEMENT TO OUR SHIPPING 

Shipping guinea fowl keets. We are not offering shipping on keets this year. 

Inspection. Please inspect at the post office for any keets that are dead on arrival. Submit a photo of keets in the original box within 12 hours for reimbursement. Any loss that occurs after 12 hours of arrival at your local post Office is the customer’s responsibility. 

  • Proof of delivery box: Take a photo of the box. Both sides. Photo of deceased keets inside the shipping box. 
  • Proof of value: Available on top of the box (in the plastic sleeve under the Shipping Label) AND in email (original receipt when you placed your order).
  • Tracking number: Available on the box itself AND in the email sent on ship date.

: If hatching eggs are shipped out west we will notify you of the additional postage cost. It is expensive to ship out west. The customer will be required to pay the difference in the ship rate. 

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order we will issue you a gift certificate to be used on a future purchase. We DO NOT do money back refunds. If you need to cancel your order, please email us the reason for your cancellation. It is difficult to precisely predict laying rates, fertility rates, and hatch rates. We do our best to accurately estimate delivery dates, but it is only an estimate, and we can be wrong. If Flint River Guinea cannot fill your order within 3 weeks of your estimated shipping date, a full refund will be issued if requested.

Refunds and Returns

No refunds or returns on guinea keets or hatching eggs. If keets are shipped and DOA, then follow instructions above to file a claim with US.

  Shipping is non-refundable.
